Slab Construction:
Two solid pieces face glued to produce a more dimensionally stable solid door.
(Note: no face gluing for the Plank Door panels)

Staining & Finishing:
Doors are hand stained in either Country or Rustique; all doors go through a 3 coat process to produce a furniture quality finish.
Antiquing Process:
Light distressing and sanding techniques are employed to create an image of time-worn wood; stile, rail and panel profiles are glazed to give an authentic antique appearance; knot checks and other sound defects are filled to increase the structural integrity.
Jamb:
4 9/16 ”; prefinished by the same process to match the doors
Accessory Items:
Hand-forged door hardware; specialty hinges; matching stain in 1.0L cans; touch-up bottles.
