Process:
Hand “pillowing” on the side and end bevels; hand distressing to achieve a totally random appearance; multi-step staining process; large knot checks and other sound defects are filled to increase the structural integrity.

Stair nosing (4.5’ and 6.5’ lengths); matching stain in 1.0L cans;
touch-up bottles.
