Finish:
12 coats of high quality urethane and a superior scratch resistant topcoat with a 20°gloss level. The tongue and groove on the sides and ends, as well as the back of every board is stained and then finished with a light coating of polyurethane. This process completely seals each board, giving it superior performance where dimensional stability is important.
Antiquing
Process:
Hand “pillowing” on the side and end bevels; hand distressing to achieve a totally random appearance; multi-step staining process; large knot checks and other sound defects are filled on both the front and back of the board to increase the structural integrity.
Accessory

Stair nosing (4.5’ and 6.5’ lengths); reducers; flush mount and self rimming air vents; matching stain in 1.0L cans; touch-up bottles.
